Dinner Time

I just remembered my old camera has a video function! You may want to turn the sound down on your computer before viewing this clip - the sound quality isn't great. Anyway, this is pretty much a typical dinner with the boozing grandparents as a bonus.

Southern Belles

Sorry for keeping our devoted, but too-often commentless, readers waiting for our next report but things have been a little hectic around here. We seemed to have finished some work projects and for the first time since the babies were born, the computers stayed off the whole weekend. Anyway, a few weeks ago, we took a trip to Ottawa to see cousins and meet old friends. Lisa is a Professor at Duke University and mother to Linden and Jemma. Linden and Emma met when Emma was just 6 months old and Linden was about 15 mo. Emma was very pleased to see her again. We also got to meet baby Chloe. Chloe's mom Janet is another old friend. She happens to be Lisa's sister. If you check out her blog, you can see some more pics, including a handsome pic of our boy. Here is the meeting in Chloe's back yard. Anyone who is doing the math will realize that that is six kids under 2.5 in one backyard. Note that Auntie Zeddy did not come to Ottawa such that, once again, the two three girl families just missed each other.

Granddad's New Toy

Posted by Emma's mom Mon, 07 May 2007 21:52:00 GMT

I think that Granddad might be taking the grandfather competition a little too seriously. Grandpa Richard's teddy bears were a little bigger, but this is an extreme step to be sure.
